Individual Counselling
Starting counselling can be the right choice for a number of different reasons. Perhaps you are in a time of change or reflection in your life. Maybe things have been feeling harder lately, or you've noticed a decline in your mental health. Or maybe you like having a consistent and reliable source of guidance and support available to you. There is no wrong time to work on your healing and growth as a person!

Individual counselling is offered to folks 18 years of age and older, can can be provided virtually to anyone in Ontario. It is strongly encouraged to share information of what may make you more comfortable in counselling, your expectations for counselling, as well as any accommodations that may support you in accessing service.
Additional Information
Currently all services are being offered virtually by video or phone.
While private counselling sessions are currently not covered by OHIP, most extended benefit plans will cover services offered by Registered Social Workers (MSW, RSW). Payments can be made by e-transfer and you will receive receipts for each session with the information required by your insurance provider.
